Theresa Stirpe
Theresa Stirpe is the founder of Fresh Foodie. The first and only Keto prepared meals pick up location and specialty grocer. The store boasts a weekly changing menu of fully prepared ketogenic meals ready for pick up or delivery. Theresa is a Certified Nutritionist with 15 years of experience in the field. Her love for food and nutrition came from her experience as a personal trainer. She took her knowledge and passion for cooking eating clean and realized that she could help her clients achieve better results by cooking the types of food they needed. In looking to better her own health when conventional medicine and doctors had failed her, Theresa turned to the Ketogenic diet and found immediate success. Her journey is now over 2 years in the making and she is currently in the process of becoming a Certified Ketogenic Nutrition Specialist. Feel free to stop by and see Theresa at Fresh Foodie, 177 Whitmore Rd, Unit 18 in Woodbridge, Ontario. The store is open 6 days a week for your convenience.

Jessica has been with Fresh Foodie since the doors opened on Jan 5, 2019 as the store and team manager. With a degree in nutrition, she is an expert in all types of diets, eating styles, and preferences. She is a true professional and is dedicated to her craft and clients.
